⛸️ Dancing on ice moorhen-style 🫣 I filmed this individual crossing the frozen canal at Hamiltonhill Claypits Local Nature Reserve last weekend. Check out the moorhen’s large feet, which help spread its weight and allow it to grip on to vegetation, helping it to navigate the (normally!) watery environment without sinking.
